I have mixed reviews on Cubeit. I went with the company because of their "transparency." I was explained all the charges upfront and told the only additional cost upon redelivery was additional storage fees. $400 seemed like a reasonable price. Until I called back to get my stuff back. I informed the first person I spoke with that I was moving down the street, yet they had my new address as hours away. So I politely said, I'll call back later because I had an appointment. The next agent was wonderful, and I expressed my disappointment at their lack of transparency upon booking because $1000 for 1month is outrageous. I was informed that my issue is a common problem with agents. Yet the drop off was smooth and the driver was amazing. I would not recommend. Just rent a storage locker, it's cheaper and the fees are at least fixed.

I had an amazing experience with Cubeit Storage! From the first call to the final pickup, everything was smooth and professional. The team was courteous, on time, and made the whole process easy. The delivery driver placed the container exactly where I needed it, with great care for my driveway and space. The container itself was spotless, sturdy, and surprisingly roomy — it easily fit all my belongings and kept everything safe, even through some heavy rain. What I loved most was the flexibility: being able to pack at my own pace took all the stress out of moving. Pickup was just as efficient, and the pricing was clear and very fair — no surprises at all. Cubeit turned a usually stressful task into a calm, organized experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs convenient, reliable storage or a moving solution. Thanks to the whole team for making it so easy!

Very happy with my Cube-It experience! Everyone I dealt with from customer service to the driver were very professional. The Cube was delivered and picked-up on time. It was clean, stored a ton of furniture and was kept level throughout the loading and unloading process. A very cost effective way to move!

This service is so much more convenient than getting a van or truck and moving things to an off site storage facility or hiring movers. Had I not used this as my last option I would have probably saved more money in the long term because of the convenience of having the container at your home and being able to move your belongings at your own pace and on your own schedule and then having the container picked up and moved which would be the same thing you do in a rental or mover's truck anyway only there are no other fees for the movers, gas, insurance, etc. They are a bit more expensive depending on timing but as mentioned above, the convenience factor is quite likely worth the cost.

Very helpful. Delivery was on time, container was clean and placed where we wanted it. Had to delay pickup but they have been able to reschedule within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend using Cubeit for their moving and storage needs.

Basement flooded and needed storage for a few months. Dropoff was professional and helpful. Storage box and lock was easy and effective. Pickup still to come, but sure it will be smooth. All in all, a good experience.
