I have used this company twice when I required long term storage between homes. The containers are exceptionally clean and secure. I have stored belongings for almost 2years and they were as clean and fresh when I unloaded as they were when the container was loaded. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Had a great experience with big steel box. They were super friendly and very responsive with ours questions and inquiries. Extremely affordable. Drop off and pick up was on time and took great care when transporting. The boxes were super secure and well built. We had to store our entire household belongings for a month in the middle of hot hot July, when it was dropped back off at our new house not a single item was damaged during transport and nothing seemed effected by the heat. The driver who dropped off was also extra amazing. He was extremely considerate and took the time to plan out the best placement of the box for unloading, and pick up afterwards was prompt and we didn't have to wait long at all. Will definitely be using this company again for any storage needs. Thank you for everything!

For our move across the country, after checking out our options, we contacted BigSteelBox and were fortunate enough to have Emma walk us through everything that was going to happen once we placed our order for our 20ft. container. She was so amazing to deal with: she answered all our questions, ensured we were always informed as to what was happening with the drop off, pickup and delivery of our container. The drop off at our previous home was on time and the container was placed exactly where we needed it to be on our driveway and the pickup was also on time and expertly handled. Emma called us again when our container was to be shipped out and when it arrived at it's destination, we got an email confirming it's arrival at their yard. We then hooked up with Adam to arrange for delivery of the container to our new home and he was also extremely helpful in setting this up for us. Bradley delivered the container and we were impressed as to how well he placed the container (taking into consideration where we had to unload our stuff to) in our driveway. On the day of the pickup (also set up by Emma), Bradley called ahead, gave us a time when he'd arrive (and he was right on time) and off the container went. We cannot say enough how impressed we have been with the staff at BigSteelBox from the start to the finish. When you're considering moving across the country with your house contents etc., it's a big deal but we knew that BigSteelBox was the right choice and they did an awesome job for us.

Amazing customer service! The drivers are great at letting you know when theyll be at your house. The office staff were able to accommodate my schedule of when i needed it picked up and dropped off even when they were very busy. They even gave me a full refund of the second month after i had the unit for 4 extra days. I would recommend Big Steel Box to anyone.

Big Steel Box is a fantastic option for moving. The service is brilliant! Any questions answered in a quick phone call. Even during Covid the service was top notch. The people on the phone super efficient, the truck drivers polite and unhurried, the flexibility is amazing. They were beyond accommodating and all promises were met perfectly.
