Beware of price hikes. My intro rate looked great. After 4 months, StorageMart raised it 20% with only 30 days of notice, shown as a red label in my monthly statement email. No separate email. I had the same thing happen at a second location. Do your research and factor potential increases into your decision, or choose a place that locks prices in the contract.
Storagemart at 399 Jacquard street, Quebec cuty are Very unprofessional, i payed for my place during weekends then their employee forgot to put my password into system, when i come with my furniture, i wasn’t able to access my storage,the phone number they put on their website saying is 24/7 customer service nobody answered it, i had to pay a van owner for 2 days to keep my furniture inside that van.
Great service! We moved from Toronto to Quebec City and leveraged this StorageMart to hold our furniture for 2 months. The manager was so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend, as they also have a bunch of carts to help you move.
