Downside, my unit was filthy with debris and rodent droppings. I had to clean it before I moved in. The women's washroom does not look like it's been cleaned in months. The toilet seat is I'll fitted and needs replacing, and everything needs a good cleaning.
Sing and Nick helps me to find right space to my needs. Sing was punctual always responsible and respectful. He followed up with me to make sure I have the required documents to get the deal.

Cody at the 375 Middlefield Rd. location is absolutely amazing! I just got myself a new bigger workshop space and he made the experience very easy. I had a shop here back in 2016 for a year and he recognized me when I walked in the door. Great service and I would highly recommend!
