I have had a storage space at this location for over 5 years. Over the years the place has always been very clean and secure. Never had any issues here. I contemplated a second storage space and the front desk was very helpful and attentive to my requests. Offered me very competitive rates compared to other locations around me that I signed up for a second one. They always want to make their customers happy and will go out of their way for you. No tricks or hidden fees and I really appreciate that about them. Thank you for all that you do and know that your customers appreciate all your efforts! Anyone considering to rent a storage space, I highly recommend considering this location!

I have been using this facility for years. Overall, the experience has been positive, but only when interacting with the younger staff, who are periodically replaced. However, the facility manager has recently demonstrated questionable behaviour. He seems to think he is so big boss and has begun to be openly rude to customers... Also, I'd like to point out that after providing StorageMart with your credit card data, they can charge your card without your authorization and without notifying you, as happened in my case. The insolent manager mocked my confusion by saying, "You don't know that everything costs money. You have to pay." However, he did not clarify why I was not informed about those charges. Was he in need of money for lunch or to pay for an Uber ride?

Hamid the general manager at Storage mart made my first experience very pleasant. He was able to get me a unit that was convenient for my needs. He was very welcoming the day I was moving in my stuff, as he checked up on me here and there asking if theres anything I needed. Very friendly . Its a affordable location as compared to other places.
Wonderful location! Jovial and kind staff always willing to give a helping hand. Facility is clean and tidy. GM has helped out in tough situations on multiple occasions! They have even cleaned my glasses when too smudged when on site. Would store everything here if I could!
