They are hands down the best people around. Have been with them for 5+ years now. Their loading docks, trollies, carts, dollies, u name it, they have it for unloading and loading purposes.

HSS is the best! Easy to get to. Always clean. Warm and comfortable to work in. Lots of carts, and easy to move car loads of things in and out. Good security. Good lighting. Bathrooms in the building for those long sessions with your things. Prompt communication with management. Many different sizes of units. Excellent value for money!
We’ve rented units at Orillia Heated Self Storage many times over the years and have always had an excellent experience. The facility is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. The team is fantastic — Nancy especially deserves a shout-out for her patience and quick service. If you need storage in the Orillia area, don’t overthink it, this is the place!
This is the best storage facility bar none in Orillia. Spotless, and very well maintained. Very secure and the owners/staff are wonderful. Nancy in the front office is so accommodating and will assist you with whatever your needs are. Mike is also very helpful. You won't be disappointed and this facility will put your current facility to shame. The change is so worth it.

I rented an outdoor storage unit for a vehicle and tools for approximately 5 years. I found the compound easy to access and always safe and secure. The rental of the unit was reasonably priced. Office staff were excellent to deal with at all times. I recommend this company highly.
I have an indoor and outdoor storage. Awesome facility. Easy to access both units. Clean well kept, and easy to pay. Nice that they email if there are any issues - weather. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a storage place. People a friendly as well.
Great space. We are in an outdoor cube and they’ve been very good at cleaning the insane amount of snow this year. I also quite like the entry gate phone reader.

Great storage facility. Clean, well maintained and convenient. Both drive in for when it’s raining as well as loading ramps for trucks. Staff is quick to return messages. I have had other units elsewhere but once I found Heated Self Storage I didn’t need to look further.
I have had my things in storage here since 2019. The facility is keep clean and is easily accessible. Anytime I have had issues they have been open to working with me to find a solution.

So glad I found heated self storage. They have the best rates in the area. I’ve had both indoor and outdoor units. I wouldn’t recommend an outdoor unit for cloth furniture and things like that (found they got musty) but that goes for any outdoor storage unit no matter the facility. I have an indoor unit now and it’s is amazing. Very clean facility, washrooms available, a garage door so you can drive in and unload whenever needed. The staff are very professional and helpful as well. Nothing bad to say about this place !
I would just like to say this place is excellent. I have outdoor storage unit and noticed this fall that they were pressure washing all the green build up on the containers. They also were adding and grading there gravel driveway to make is smooth and pot hole free. Who else does that? They really care about there business and it shows. Plus there prices are great. I would totally recommend Heated Self Storage inc.
I've been using HSS on and off for almost 3 years now. I've had different size interior units, and an exterior unit. Every experience I've had the units are spotless, the facility itself is spotless and I've always appreciated the availability of the carts for moving, the ability to back inside for the interior units etc. Every interaction I've had with the office has been excellent, whether billing, setting up the rentals or moving out etc. I won't even consider looking for somewhere else when I need a unit again because HSS has everything I need, with excellent service! Great storage place. Moved from another place and very glad I did. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, access is great. Being able to unload indoors is a treat in bad weather. Access to unit is easy and lighting is excellent.

I had a great experience from making the booking online to meeting Nancy to getting everything set up. The facility is top notch from the security to the inside loading door, the carts available for transporting my stuff, the cleanliness of the whole place. If I had to rent another storage unit for a renovation or some other reason, I would not hesitate to use Heated Self Storage again.
Heated self storage building is excellent. Staff are very nice. Storage unit is very clean. So nice to have indoor storage and in the winter time to be able to back into the building out of the weather while I load or unload.

We have had a great experience with this company. The building is super clean and well lit. Extremely easy to back in to the interior with my car and pack/unpack out of the weather. I have barely had any reason to talk to the office beyond setting up the space but when I did they were so nice. I’ve never felt unsafe or troubled by other clients either. We have many old and delicate family things and they have been safe and protected.
Great company and staff to deal with. Storage area and building are very clean and mostly dust free. Great to have heated units for winter time etc. Happy client.
Extremely easy to enter both the indoor and outdoor units. They have an app for the phone so you don’t have to punch in a code for the outdoor units. Very friendly.
