After Visiting this Location I really have to say that the two members of Staff Aman and Varinder are Genuinely Polite and Respectful to all People. i called over two months ago to report seeing mice running into my unit. No-one called me back. I also emailed. I went back to my to see mice dropping all over my unit and no mouse traps. The staff have keys to get into the unit but advised they need a key from me to allow pest control to enter. The fact that i have to pay my own insurance in their building is rediculous when my property is not bein protected. This unacceptable for a business operating in Canada.

Sure it's clean and nice but you can never find a trolley when you need one. Been at my unit at least ten times at different times of the month and never can find an available one. I think the need to use the money they make and invest in more.

Site is nice staff was okay but realized afterwards they didn’t give the promo rate to me and just charged full rate. My bad for not noticing but definitely not I’ll make me not want to use them long term now.

Terrible service. My items were damaged during the 3 months that they were in the care of the brampton facility. Took 3 months before someone finally responded to my calls and emails. I was assured the6 would look into it. Then they ghosted me in hopes I would go away. 10 months have passed and I had to get a lawyer involved. Now they are claiming my items are worthless. They damaged $3000+ worth of my items that they are not accepting responsibility for. Absolute Terrible company.
