Great experience with Melissa this morning. I had booked a storage unit online and went through the finalization with Melissa. She walked me through setting up an account, explained how to use the entry code, the lift elevator and gave me a tour of my unit. In an age where customer service seems to be defined by apathy, Melissa was a refreshing change.
