I recently had the pleasure of using Smart stop Self Storage location 8 brewster rd, Brampton,ON L6T 5B7, and I must say, their customer service is exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff (Simran) , who were friendly, professional, and eager to assist. The process of renting a unit was seamless. The staff explained all the options available and helped me choose the right size for my needs. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood the rental terms and pricing structure. What impressed me the most was their transparency—there were no hidden fees, and everything was clearly laid out.

Well, A big thanks to Simran from the 8, brewster facility. She helped me out a lot with finding the correct storage for me and it was an excellent customer support that I had.

Maninder is such an amazing person. She always wants to help and make sure you are making the right decision on the storage unit you are renting. Simran paid close attention to my worries and gave me perceptive answers that were exactly what I needed. Throughout our chat, she made me feel appreciated and valued because of her extraordinary compassion and understanding. Her commitment to making sure I was satisfied went above and above, establishing an uncommonly high bar for customer service. 0 stars for the worst customer service on the history of this earth. I had a locker here for 4 months and when we went to move out today, our key would not open the lock we bought from them. When asked why, they said we bought our own lock and it was not closed properly so they removed it and did us “a favour”. I was shocked given that 4 of us were present to lock this unit and it was very simple. She said “they called me multiple times but my voicemail was not set up” which is a lie, I was never called once. In fact I called this facility over a month ago to say I would be moving out on set day and there was no mention of the change of lock. Not a single email either. I also sent them 3 emails I have records of to which they never responded. I asked for a refund for the lock and she said she can’t help me. She also spent an hour arguing with my family not letting them access the unit, despite telling me on the phone one month ago that my family can come clean out the locker for me since I live 5000 miles away. When I called her, she interrupted every single sentence I spoke which was highly unprofessional. Money, or however you spell your name, you deserve the title of worst employee of the month.

Amazing service, building was so clean and seemed like a safe place to store stuff. Agent at the front desk, Simran was super polite. Explained us everything thoroughly and made the reservation process super easy.

Well when it comes to storage you usually review the facilities which are already amazing in this property, however I'd like to mention Jyoti who has been always very helpful. One of the few employees I've seen recently who treat business like their own and always trying to increase the reputation of this facility. Goes out and beyond for her job. Earns my highest recommendation and review!
