Great, friendly staff. Very reasonable prices and secure! Third time using the facilities, and have just gotten a permanent locker, for my extra overflow. That happens moving into an apartment from a house your whole life. But, oh well, happy bluebird was there for all my "never throw away crap" lol

Excellent service and site is very secure. Needed somewhere secure asap to store large cargo trailer and Bluebird came through with very short notice. Five stars and highly reccomend.

Very happy with the service and the facilities. Jo-Ann went the extra mile helping me with storage for my personal effects and my vehicle. The facility was always spotless. Highly recommended.

Very Professional, efficient and courteous service. As well the building/units were very clean with easy access and dollys/carts easily accessible. I spoke to Jo Ann several times at the office, extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond! Overall an excellent experience all the way around!

Selling our house and the purchase of our new house was a month later, I needed space to store our furniture. Bluebird Self Storage provided clean and secure space to do so. As I was about to run out of space, they were quick to help provide additional space for my needs. Knowing that my furniture was in safe hands sure helped lower the stress around moving. Thank you!

This place is amazing and super convenient to be able to haul your stuff in and out all day with with just a key code. Access was easy and it's super close to my house. So much better than storing belongings at my place! Jo-Ann was a great help if we had any questions or needed any assistance with anything. She also got us a storage unit on very short notice so thanks for that. We know where to go now if we ever need storage again.

We were searching for a secure climate controlled unit to store our motorcycle and stumbled upon Bluebird Storage in Truro. We were so fortunate to find a unit that was a perfect size. We were greeted by staff that were very friendly helpful & professional. The building & washrooms are spotless and smell so clean. We have 24 hr access to our unit which is very easy to get in & out off. There is a large garage door that made it very easy to get bike in. We feel very secure with our belongings being there. We set up with auto payment which was super easy and get our bill emailed to us and when payment has been made we get a receipt! We have decided to keep our unit thru summer because it’s so convenient for us and know we don’t find one any better! Would refer this location to anyone that is looking for convenience clean and friendly storage..

Excellent staff and facilities! I had recently moved to Nova Scotia from Alberta and needed somewhere to store everything while I found a place to live, and I was so lucky to find Bluebird! The sign-up process was painless and the rates were very reasonably priced. The staff went out of their way to make the experiance as easy as it could be and explain everything I needed to know. I had a storage unit immediately and was easily able to move my stuff in. Their elevator was spacious and made the trip to the second floor worry-free. I felt that the the unit was really well made and the place was so clean! The staff must put in a lot of effort to keep every unit so pristine looking. When I moved into my new apartment, I was able to cancel my unit without even having to sign any paperwork. They just asked me to make sure everything was cleared out. I made sure to clean the unit to take a little effort off of their end, as I noticed one day that the staff sweep the units themselves! The little touches of customer service never went unappreciated, and I plan on continuing to support them in the future when I need storage again. Thank you again to the staff at Bluebird Truro! You seriously helped to make my scary move to a new province so painless.
