Perfect spot to store your stuff, 24/7 with great security

Have been using the Storage Worx location for three months now. The ease of access and how clean the location is kept is top notch. They even have a beautiful coffee area set up that I conducted an interview in it, while out in the field for my company. The rate are great and I really suggest using this location if you need storage solutions.

Initially this was a five star facility but ratings dropped after we realized there was no way to safely and efficiently park a 33’ RV into the 40’ spot we rented because there is insufficient space in the lane between rows of outdoor rental spots so it is impossible to back in to the designated spot. There is supposed to be a lane open at the end to drive around but they haven’t managed their outdoor spaces very well so the lane is closed. Unfortunately they were not willing to give us a temporary workable spot to use until something better opened up in the lot. So after several hours wasted trying to park our RV, no alternatives offered, we had to start our search all over again and leave this facility. Shame on this company for renting out a 40’ spot that realistically only holds a 25’ RV. Incredibly disappointed.

This company hands down gave me the best service. I rented a storage unit and used the meeting room at the office. The staff , Laura , at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to get me a reservation on a moving truck and all I can say is thank you. 10/10. We used the meeting room at their office and it was one of the best rooms. Everything was perfect. The staff are very customer service orientated and I would highly recommend this storage business to everyone. We will certainly be back to use your services again.

We are a small local business in London and have dealt with Storage Worx for some time now. The staff is fabulous and extremely helpful. They have received and held orders for us for a reasonable amount of time to allow us to pick them up. I would highly recommend this company for your business or personal storage needs.

The team at this location is top notch and just won manager of the year for the whole country, Lisa Pye rocks. We use the conference room all the time and they bring us custom coffees and fresh baked cookies still warm, wow. they just added a new community room where we will hold my birthday party this year and new heated slab units in the new location down the street. I would travel all over town to get here, they are the very best.
