I would never recommend this facility. Be aware that the units are not securely enclosed and our unit was broken into. Thieves cut the wire mesh ceiling and stole thousands of dollars worth of our belongings, and belongings from other units. The facility was not aware of this breach for several days. They did not repair the wire mesh access for several weeks, and only did so after constant complaining and insurance got involved. They have mode no improvements to the security, so this will happen again.
Ronie is very helpful and friendly, and made changing names on our rental agreements easy. Unfortunately, there was some problems with mice in one of our units, and one staff member liked to provide lectures over the phone, but other than that, things were okay.
We have had a locker here for several years now and are very happy! Very clean and love all the carts and elevator. When my work was needing to get a new locker I recommended them
RATS!!rats!!mice and rats!! Had to store our stuff here for 2 months while we were selling our home, everything destroyed. They don't care. Rats having litters and litters in our belongings. They don't or won't care either. Read the fine print they are not responsible for rats, theft nor damage. Please think twice before storing here and learn from our mistakes. This is just a photo from ONE litter of mice. Living in a glove in our stuff. So much rat feces and urine on our stuff --now it's all garbage. If they didn't chew it it's still disgusting. Please beware, even rat feces in the walls
I've been storing here for 3 years. Security, accessibility, general cleanliness are great. One can access 24 hours a day any day of the week. Bathrooms are only open 9-4 though; other than that, 👌🏼
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, good location fairly close to home. Clean facility, appears to be secure, decent access and hours. Good selection of units and they let me reserve one for a few days before renting. Better prices than other places I'd been.
I rented for about a year here quite positively, they have good prices and I found it easily accessible.
I returned three years later to new credit card rules, no big deal, but me needing to juggle funds to accommodate this new policy somehow changed the vibe. I suppose though not really because when I walked in he asked if I was there to make a payment. I get it, I don’t present myself all prime and proper 100% of the time but don’t make judgements sir. I’m not there to store stolen goods and rip you off of cash. There’s no reason I should have left your facility today anything but a happy long-term client.
They are extremely affordable and I haven't had any issues as of yet. They offered the most for the least and works just fine. The after hour's door could use a smoother entry as the center wheels of the carts get stuck. This place also uses their own lock system which could be good and bad. Over all I would use them again. Honestly I do think location will play a huge roll in your decision.
I had a 5X5 storage unit with Storage Station for quite a while, loved it. Facility was always clean, easy to access my unit. Now I find out from my credit card statement that they jacked the price up 60% without any notification. I guess I'm gonna go pull my stuff out of storage today and I won't be back. Brutal. Sounds like I have to hold up my end of the contract, but apparently they can do whatever they want, whenever they want.
