I especially want to give thanks to Rachel and Mercedes. I had rented a Budget truck for a move from Yellowhead Storage and left the elevator key from my new place in the truck. The apartment wanted to charge me over $2,000 because they would have to replace all the elevator locks! The truck had been rented as soon as I dropped it off and was heading towards Williams Lake, BC! Rachel and Mercedes went the extra mile by reaching out to the person who rented the truck, and he did confirm that the key was there. They contacted the place that would receive the vehicle at the destination and had the key mailed back, saving me over $2,000! Honestly, you will not get better customer service.

Mercedes and Sharon were absolutely excellent to talk to as they could explain what I needed .I couldn't pay for a new container so they found 1 that I could afford and it is wonderful. Joe delivered it the next day and was very helpful and positioned it perfectly. I will tell all my friends and anyone who what's a sea can to call them
The entire experience was great. Prices are better than average. Service is significantly above average. The site is clean. Units are well kept.

Rented a unit for years. Always friendly office staff (Mercedes, Machayla, Rachel). Quick to respond to inquires and never any issues. Storage was safe and secure throughout. Highly recommend for your storage needs.
Called the office on Sunday @1:30 and spoke with Machayla S. Wanted to find out if any storage units were available today as our daughter was moving but the apartment was not ready and she needed a storage unit ASAP. Machayla S. advised they were only open until 2:00 but she would stay and make sure our daughter had a place to store her contents. There are not too many places that would go the extra mile like Machayla at Yellowhead Storage.

Great experience buying our new 20' sea can for our TM Spice Co Business. Mercedes was informative and gave us lots of information to help us make our decision. She then worked with us for a smooth delivery and also did a reach out followup to make sure everything went good.

I highly recommend Yellowhead Storage for purchasing sea containers. I bought two 20 foot containers from them, after Mercedes showed me on site what they look like and the condition they are in. She also arranged for timely truck delivery which went smoothly.
