I was setup, stored my gear and gone in 30 mins. Siea and Bow City Storage are top notch.

They have amazing service here. They’re always open and have complimentary water, candy and coffee. It’s very convenient to use their services with their lift and many carts to help move things in and out of the storage unit. The facility is very clean & there is ac in the building which is very appreciated during the hot summers! I would recommend this place

Absolutely love this place! I just moved out because I no longer need storage, but I would definitely come back here if I did again in the future. Convenient location (for me), friendly staff, extremely wonderful facilities (from elevators to all the carts), and easy 24/7 access. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for an easy and safe place to store your belongings.

I have been using Bow City Storage on and off since 2023. This is my second time now And my absolute Go To! The level of stress it reduces when you know you have somewhere great/safe/temp controlled to store your things in my mind is priceless. Initially when I first stored, I would drive by and be like “hmm I should maybe cal there” So glad I did. Absolute 1000x better client care and customer service over any other storage facility that I had called at the time. I cannot express to anyone enough the level of difference. Especially other “well known” brand names for storage. Yikes.. BOW CITY is Superior. I was moving by myself the first time and I highlight to anyone I talk to or that asks me about it. 1) if you have to move in the Alberta winter here the ability to come in at any time, think of the connivence of getting to pull into a warm garage and work away at moving things whenever you need!?Night or day. Pick up or drop off. No comparison! 2) The security and safety I felt being by myself (female) that I could go there at night and everything is secure and monitored! In my moving or trips away - at times I’d Ubering there if I didn’t have my vehicle - the amount of times I get asked “what is that!? what do you store there!?? how much is it!? ” lol and I give the ranges of pricing 😂 if they think expensive I tell them it’s absolutely on par competitively and point out the things that I find high value, including the staff, the care, the accessibility, temp controlled, new, secure - to make price an easy thing to over come. If they care about their items and accessing them. And point out You don’t have to wait until they open etc. I always joke around and say I wish there was an affiliate program or referral program because of the recommendations I give ! Haha but all good I’ll always give them. Because it’s TRUE! Or at times sold some of my items and give those who pick up the full sales speech while they look around haha The staff is amazing! Anthony, Amla, Sia (I hope I am spelling these correctly I apologize if not). Those employees specifically work hard and are kind, helpful, positive and make sure the facility is always clean and cared for. Anthony was who I first dealt with initially signing up and strives to go above and beyond in the sign up process and tour. He even remembers things I have mentioned in passing and asks how my travels to certain destinations were! So they truly care. There is another man who is quite negative and oddly not ideal to interact with if asking questions not sure his name. But I mean there is always one. The other stars outshine this easily! They are incredible. Over my time there usually pretty low key but recently ( I suppose I was bound to have it happen once) i didn’t shut locker all the way because of something in the way and I was in a rush and didn’t do my double check. They found this and closed it for me immediately and notified me! So incredible. I am lucky. Honestly the last thing you need is more stress sometimes lol and they help make things stress/worry free. I had even never had an issue getting in and honestly think just a full moon one off lol it was weird. Regardless I felt bad for calling to bother. Thinking I’d reach no one Sia was right there to answer my call and help me! And follow up.🤗 Truly grateful and cannot share enough great things about it and the team. Sorry it took this long to do a review. But any time is better than no time and just know I’m always doing the old fashioned word of mouth when it’s not online! Thank you all! Of course if you couldn’t tell I Highly Recommend. 🙏🏼

Great facility and great staff make the whole experience fantastic. The electronic access to your unit is very handy and eliminates the need for keys and locks. Security is very well controlled. I would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs.

Excellent storage facility. Very helpful staff, very clean and easy access to units. I love loading and unloading inside. The wide halls and large storage room doors make it easy take your cart right inside. There was always a cart available. I would highly recommend Bow City Storage.

It has been a great experience. Everything was well explained. Got a tour of the place and shown how to do everything with my app. Super easy to do everything. Great! Glad I went with BCS.

Clean and modern facility. Friendly staff and easy, 24 hour cell phone access. I am surprised by how much stuff I can fit into my 5x10 unit. Excellent experience.

Best storage facility I have used. automated functions through an app. Can add and take away users when needed. That is especially for people that need storage for weekly markets. Very secure, 24 hour access. Last but not least, free coffee.

What a great experience. From my first enquiry and walk through of the facility to the move in, it is far and above the best place we have used over the years. Staff are amazing and take pride in the establishment, the place is clean and easy to access and tech is top notch with the electronic locking.

Automation and friendly staff make this place a dream. A building made to be a storage unit so the hallways are wide and easily accessible. They receive shipments hassle-free as well. Great spot for storage needs.

Can't say enough positive things about Bow City Storage, especially for the amazing ownership and staff. I found myself in a bit of a short-term need for storage, and the team got creative and found a solution to my problem, quickly and inexpensively. The facility is bright, clean and immaculately kept. I will be back if I need another storage solution. Kudos!

[Posting for Bibi} This storage facility is great. The people are friendly, polite and communicate well. They are efficient and make space available for unload/load if you call ahead. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. They can deal effectively with both electronic and manual access and security, so that you need not be tied in to phone access if you prefer not to be. Everything feels very safe and secure. The location and access is central and convenient. All in all, I am really happy with my choice of this facility.

The building looks very nice and safety. And I love the 24 hours self service.but the storage is to small and expensive. And I didn't received a discount or a first month free. I’m gonna move my staff for an another storage specially for space and budget. But I think bow storage is a good storage.

I I love have a 5 x 10 ft unit and I’m impressed how clean the facility is. Super helpful staff. Love all the automation where you don’t need a key for anything cause it’s all on an app. I love that you can park indoors and the large dollies are right there for your use. I would highly recommend Bow Storage.

Happy with the service so far, reserving online was easy. Facility is clean and seems to have robust security. I really like the indoor loading bays. They have some pretty convenient perks like Bluetooth entry and 24/h access. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've used other storage places in the past and these guys have a few extra perks the other guys don't, price is comparable too.

This might be the best storage facility anywhere in North America! The drive-in bays are wonderful to have, especially in the winter time when there are items that need to be moved in or out. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing short term or long term storage!

This place is great. When the driver wasn't sure backing in...Dan was there to help. I had to get help checking the locker was locked, and he went up to show me how-to check it.

What a great facility and staff! My first contact was Alma who was very friendly and got us set up promptly. Upon arrival another gentleman (also very friendly and helpful) finalized our unit, gave us a tour, etc. After realizing we needed a bigger unit he quickly made the change and again took us to the new unit to make sure it would be sufficient. It is a well maintained building, clean and they even have water/coffee/tea to use while your are accessing their facilities. They have an indoor loading dock which is amazing, especially in winter! Everything can be done via the app, which makes it much easier. I have to say we have been dealing with a lot of stress with our current situation and this was the one company that we felt cared about customer service. Well done, I would highly recommend the facility and their services to anyone :) It is also in a great location!
