Have been a long-time customer. Maintenance issues not addressed for years, but they certainly want their money. I've had no working in my unit going on 3 plus years in spite of having cleared an area for them and left a key. Price creep has me shopping around for better value.

Every step of the way was done with professionalism and efficiency. All my questions were answered and I feel very comfortable going into business With access storage. The staff on the phone were excellent and the people I met in person at the bomb of a location were extremely helpful.

From the very first phone call, I was given all the information I required in a very clear and concise manner! The lady who I spoke with, was very helpful and friendly, offering me up options down the road if I needed to change my requirements. I had no idea that renting a storage locker would be this easy! I am very, very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend This company to anyone looking for the same service.

Access Storage is a great secured facility. While having a unit there, not only was the price for my unit fair, but I also knew my belongings were safe and sound while at Access Storage. Anne is fantastic, professional, and has great interpersonal skills; she made me feel welcome every time I walked into the office. Thank you, Access Storage staff and management, for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be using Access Storage again, and I recommend it to anyone who needs a clean, secure storage facility over all the other storage facilities. Access is by far the best storage solution—100%!

I gave them one star because the guy next to me used to be in his unit SMOKING therefore my unit used to smell of smoke every time I went in it, did they do anything? Nope, not a cent off, just oh we spoke to him to tell him don't do it anymore. The guy was still smoking in the unit. Seems like the guy was living in the storage...

First time inquiring and renting a storage unit from Access, at the east end Bowmanville location. Anna, the storage manager, was wonderful, warm/welcoming and very knowledgeable when I had questions in regards to storage. She took her time and effort to show me the sizing that I inquired and was up front with terms and conditions. I highly recommend this location, very local, exceptional customer service and very friendly.

I had a storage locker on Haines Street in Bowmanville Ontario. Ann was the receptionist there and was very kind and courteous each time I was there including when I moved in and when I moved out. I would recommend access storage to anyone looking to store anything for everything it's just the best place I have used for storage.
