Excellent experience with U-haul yesterday. Arranged very last minute on the morning of our move to rent a truck due to rain. The employees that helped us were friendly, efficient and extremely capable. The truck was well maintained and a pleasure to drive. Having two mirrors on both sides made backing up easy and safe. Will definitely use U-haul again!
A combination storage and rental location. I rented a toy hauler trailer and staff was friendly and efficient. However this location is not staffed like others, so hook up and drop off are kind of up to you. Which is fine, and a lot quicker for someone that knows what they're doing.
Disgusting service. Did not honor a quote they gave us. They use language and terms in the service agreements that laypeople read as something else, such as ONE WAY and don’t acknowledge mistakes they made. Don’t give them a chance to bamboozle you and ruin your move.
I will never rent with this company ever again, Due to the fact that over the last few weeks , this Uhaul at Hazlewood , has had some rash break-ins , and there taking no responsibility for it whatsoever, they simply blow it of like it’s nothing , the day Uhaul called me , they failed to mention why my site was a mess , nope the said were ending contract due to this mess around my truck , when I got there none of my gate codes worked so I had waited till next , when I seen my spot I was in shock to find out my self that I had been robbed , so ending contract for ppl that had stolen everything I owned for work inside my truck.. they took no responsibility instead they started telling customers that we were the people that had taken their stuff. Breaking customers confidently, they double dip on storage fees and then alter the app to read some thing totally different then their origami receipt. When finding the thief’s cell phone in mask they blew me off and laughed after speaking to the person owner of the phone , I had asked if any ones that are hired staff at Uhaul involved the person had said yes .. we found that Uhaul hired two men to put in a alarm systems and they are the ones whom took ammeveryones belongings. Man up Uhaul, the scams lies n bullshit , we want to be compensated for damages to my truck and belongs that were taken ..
