Second time costumer and I have to say that they have an exceptional service and staff. Raji and Emmanuel in particular are fun and wonderful help both over-the-phone and in person. The facility is easy to use and clean. 10/10 would recommend

From the moment I walked in, Raji made me feel welcome. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right storage unit. The rental process was smooth, and he explained everything clearly without rushing. It’s rare to receive such outstanding customer service these days. We have been using this location for a few years and I find the staff very helpful and courteous. The last time we were in Cassandra was able to troubleshoot an issue with the storage unit door and put in a request to get it fixed. Both Cassandra and Raji are so pleasant to deal with and always with a smile on their faces

This review is mainly to highlight the excellent customer service by Emmanuel! The storage units are exactly what you expect, nice and clean and everything, but the highlight of my experience was the amazing customer service. It was my first time moving anything into storage and I don't drive and I was really struggling navigating it all, and he helped me so much!! I highly recommend Smart Stop. The people behind the company are outstanding. Really appreciate how you treat your customers!! Thank you!!!

- I reserved both the 5c5 and the 5x7 online. Emmanuel called me as soon as possible, and I went in on Saturday; he showed me both. Emmanuel completed the sign-up process quickly for me. The pricing is unbeatable! I like being able to drive my car directly into the building and park there, which facilitates a quick transfer of my belongings to the storage unit. Carts are also available to help with this :)
