She’s always greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. This is an excellent facility with 24/7 access, climate control units and dollies. Great place if you are looking for a storage place. Had excellent service from Zara.H. She is a very pleasant and polite lady and handled all our questions and paper work well. Vaultra storage is a very clean place and well organized. They have sufficient flat doillies to move your stuff and lockers in different sizes. The prices are very reasonable. They have boxes, tape, mattress covers e.t.c for your move.

This has to be the best storage facility in Ontario! It’s so clean, customer service is outstanding. They know me by first name ever since day one. Amazing staff. Units are well priced. The security is also top notch. It’s clean and you have 24 hour access. Can’t say how happy I am that I chose this storage facility and we have been using it for a year now.
