I've rented from U-Haul in Alberta, Ontario, and many locations throughout Nova Scotia over the years, and I can honestly say the team at the Woodside location is the best I've ever dealt with.
Moving is stressful enough, but every single experience there has been smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. They make you feel like more than just another customer.

The check-in process was painless and easy using the app. I had to return because I assumed the dolly and cart I requested were on the truck - I was meant to grab them at the door after I got the key - no biggie and I should have checked on my walk-around. The staff was courteous and friendly. The vehicle was clean but had been around the block a few times - ran well, A/C worked, life was wonderful. Vehicle return was equally painless, again, the staff was courteous and friendly.

If I could put no stars I would, I rented back in dec and they gave me a truck that was filthy and damaged, they did their Inspection put the stickers on it and said everything would be okay, I asked for another and was told they had none. they took the pictures on a weird angle when I returned the truck trying to hide the stickers and 3 m later, they sold my file to a litigator and sent me mail during a mail strike and had no info on the previous renter because they didn’t do their JOB and think they’re going to sue me, don’t trust them ! Their ap is always down, don’t trust what they say, they lie take your own pictures, you’ll need them for proof.

You Manager and your employees should be on the same page. Your employee said it should be fine couple of hours more, they won’t charge for another day. Manager is just looking talking sweet, but not a good human being inside. I don’t mind paying $20 more, just don’t give false hope to your customers.
