Aries was my initial point of contact and made the process easy and smooth from start to finish. I also appreciate him going through the terms and conditions and highlighting important details. He was very accommodating and helped me make the best choice on the unit size based on my needs. The property is very well kept and easy to navigate. Other staff on site were also very friendly and helpful.

I had a unit at the Beamsville location for over a year. Unfortunately I ran into some financial difficulties and rather then them selling my stuff, they offered me a "move out settlement" so I was able to keep my stuff and pay a discounted price. Most people would be upset and blame the storage company but I'm the one who fell behind in my payments and they worked with me not against me. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking for storage. Patrick the Assistant Manager was very accommodating and helpful.

Amazing facility, getting a unit was quick, easy, and a great price as well. They even gave me a larger unit as soon as one was available because I asked for one. Clean, secure units with plenty of light to see everything. Staff is friendly and would definitely recommend using them!!!
