I have been a customer at the Windermere location for five years. In that time I have had several different units and outdoor RV spots. Each and every time I walk into the office, Carol is unbelievably professional, always cheery and truly accommodating!! She is a gift to your business, I hope she is recognized accordingly

Things never change…. in a great way! I have been storing my toys at Sentinel Storage in Windermere since the beginning of time. So I never had to go through the process of renting out another unit until now. Well it’s the same…. Same great service, same great ideas. She took her time and showed me where the best place, the best fit would be for what I needed. It was painless and easy! Thanks for all you do Windermere Sentinel Storage!

We’ve been renting space from Sentinel on Highway 93/95 in Invermere for the past three years and in our experience it’s an excellent. We have rented from Sentinel at other locations and it’s always been a positive experience however Carol, the front end employee,, seems to make a difference between good service and exceptional service. She takes time to meet each customer’s needs individually while staying within the rules and regulations of Sentinel. Highly recommended.

This was my first business interaction when moving to the valley two years ago. I was storing my trailer until I moved there where I then stored all my belongings until my house possession. Since then I have stored trucks, campers, trikes, dirtbikes, and house belongings again. I could not say more about the positive experience of dealing with Carol and Tracey. The are so helpful, funny and eager to find a solution. I will miss them dearly!
