The office opened early, lots of trucks and equipment, reservation was ready, staff was helpful and easy 1 minute return with electronic billing to email.
Was forced to wait in line for 1 hour. I had 1 item to purchase, they prioritized the 10min per customer truck rentals and didn’t make a line for quick transactions (like buying boxes). I finally got to the cash, but they allowed a guy who JUST CAME IN to go ahead of me because “it would take 1min”— when MY purchase would have taken 1min, but I was waiting for 1hr. This was the case for a handful of people just wanting to buy boxes being told to wait in line instead of offering quick check out. We did ask, but apparently guys who come in get prio. Additionally, the workers to not appear in any rush whatsoever, clearly don’t care and I have smelled weed on the employees previous times I had been to this location this year to buy boxes.
Not very practical. Very few access points with ramps for customers on foot. The lights are on a sensor and go out every 20 to 30 seconds in some areas video attached). Incredibly frustrating for someone with chronic pain to be running back and forth to trigger a motion sensor. It took 5 days to get my card to function to access my locker.
