Attuned did an excellent job with our move. We didn't have any surprises or issues from start to finish. Tom quoted us exactly what we expected, which ended up being exactly the time it took to complete our move. The moving team led by Patrick worked fast, asked the right amount of questions, and took good care of our belongings. These guys will be our first phone call next time we move.

Attuned moving did an excellent job with our recent move. The three man crew was punctual and efficient - got our move done almost an hour faster than they quoted. They took apart furniture & put it back together again. Even got an upright piano down the stairs without any issues. The entire group was hardworking, careful & polite. I was recommended Attuned for a piano move by Octave in Guelph. I called first thing in the morning to inquire about moving a piano the next day before 10am. Not only were they incredibly professional and experienced, but they were also half the price of the other companies quoted (with less hassle)! They arrived on time and were quick, but careful. Awesome experience, can't recommend them enough.

I moved in November and I can't say enough about Attuned Moving. I've had other movers take their time and overcharge you and take breaks and make sure that you pay more than their quote. It's awful. So I was referred to Attuned. Wow. Tom and his team worked so hard nonstop and they moved both me and my neighbour at the same time to our new apartments which where in the same building on both ends and nothing was broken, scratched or damaged. They are classy and completely professional and they do this at a affordable rate. They hustle and get it done quick. Our move was 4 ish hrs total from loading to unloading two apartments. I can't say enough. Thank you Tom and your team. I will always use you guys and recommend you to anyone I know who is moving.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company. We hired Attuned Moving to move our upright piano from Guelph to Mississauga. The movers only partially covered our lovingly restored antique piano with one small dirty moving pad. As well, they did not cover our beautiful hardwood floors and made a mess of them - they had snow, salt and ice on their shoes and the dolly wheels, and left a trail from the front door to where the piano was installed. My son gave them floor protectors for the piano which they lost - I had to find 4 new ones and they only put down 3 of them, leaving the furthest one in the back of the piano for us to install - it still is not under the piano because we are older and cannot do it ourselves. The movers were in a rush which was funny because they came an hour early and there was no need to rush the job. When I tried to ask them questions, they were rude and basically ignored my concerns. We did not have the professional and expert service that other reviewers had. Tom (the owner) was not involved in the move which might explain things. I called Tom to tell him of our awful experience so he would expect a poor review. All in all, it was a terrible and unpleasant experience which caused us a lot of work and time to clean up the movers' mess. We were left feeling very sad and disappointed that we chose this company.

I had a Piano moved when I purchased through Tri-City Pianos with Attuned Moving. I highly recommend them, they were professional, quick and didn't leave any damage behind on my wood staircase or the walls after taking the instrument upstairs onto the second floor. Very happy with the service.

I moved June 28th, 2024. This is the second time I have had Attuned movers. I was very pleased the first time having moved from Grandbend to Cambridge. I decided they would move me once again. They are on time. Pleasant, respectful of my items, treated them like their own. Efficient. 3 men who worked very well together. Price excellent.They even set up my bed. Unfortunately my puppy became ill the night before the move and Patrick ( part owner) had no issue with me leaving and going to the vets. I totally trusted them to continue on their own .They had completed the job by the time I returned. Furniture in place. Boxes delivered to designated room., Bill left n the coffee table. I have used Attuned Moving 4 or 5 times over the years and realized I've never left them a review. They are great! I just used them in April to move out of town. My friends and family use them too and are all satisfied. They are not lazy, they are super hard workers, they're on the go the whole time. No matter who comes, they're all great. They arrive on time, are fast, honest, and not expensive. They have never broken or scratched anything of mine. They even wrapped some pictures that I forgot about. They take the care needed in order to do the job properly, even laying down mats to protect your floors. I'll use them again in the future with no hesitation!

I had used Attuned in 2021 and now again in 2024. They arrived on time and promptly moved major appliances. They had all the tools and carts needed to remove railings and carry a fridge down to the basement. They also carefully carried a life fitness elliptical machine that weighs 400lbs down 2 stories and then to the ground level of the new home. Very pleasant attitude from the team as well.
