It's a storage unit. There ain't much to say. Security is great, the system works perfectly, they offer great add-ons that you will probably need. What stands out? Staff. Marie-Josée goes above and beyond in ways too personal to list here but she truly shines and makes the experience just so much better. You have a gem of an employee ands she deserves not only to know as much, but whatever you need to do to keep her there and happy. Were I still running my company, I'd be poaching her away from you! Also, adopting a cat that roams around the interior storage is a sweet touch and we've had the pleasure of seeing her twice now. Very cute and charming. This company works well, does well, and goes the distance. Happy with everything, especially M-J!
Excellent customer service. Was greeted and served with a smile, person (ass. Manager I believe) was curteous and professional. Explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to do business with.

We have been using a unit in the Saint-Lambert Public Storage location for over 15 years. We never had any problems, the place is always clean and personnel helpful whenever we had to contact them. Excellent recommendations

She was very friendly, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the unit I was reserving and all the paper work was fast as possible. The facility is all very clean and secure
The storage room was impeccably clean, dry and spacious enough for my materials. While the 8x8 square feet suited the bulk of my stock, there were well more than 15 feet to the ceiling. Some other items fit perfectly there too.
The office staff was consistently thoughtful and attentive. The whole billing process was clear and efficient, and the price was very cost-effective.

Amazing customer service, both women we worked with were super helpful and nice. And when we needed to change room for a smaller fee, we were helped and showed our options. So we used two rooms and both were perfectly adequate.

I kept 2 storage lockers and a car there for about 3 years. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rent only went up once in that time and not by a lot. I highly recommend them!
Staff was friendly and efficient. Good selection of boxes and supplies. Unit as described. Elevator, doors, gate and lighting functioned properly. At least one cart works perfectly. At least one needs replacing. Washroom was clean and functional. Pricing was similar to other facilities in the area. Location was convenient for me and easy to access. Cancellation was easy and only required one phone call.
