Dealing with the owner was super easy. He was super nice and made the whole situation super stress free. We showed up last minute and needed 2 storage units. We were dealt with very well. He accommodated our needs and the whole process was very easy. Paying monthly fees is easy as well. He accepts e transfer which is great. You don't have to go there. You can just pay and continue on with your rental. He rarely ever misses a phone call. So any questions you have you can just reach out and ask. Makes for a very stress free transaction from start to finish. Would recommend this storage place to anyone I kno. Was super happy with any dealings we had with this owner.
Stored my trailer for a few months with them, extremely well done and good space. Only needed a few months and they were month to month so. I k ow where to go if another pandemic hits. Thanks East End

My $26 per month tenants insurance policy is Insuring my belongings while there through my agent Sharon Clute Through State Farm here in Barrie. Great deal, $5000 coverage for max $500 deductinle.
Good deal considering the motorcycle stolen from this storage location, where the owner was not covered.
*UPDATE- my call was finally returned and Jennifer was very apologetic and helpful. She accommodated my time constraints by taking my information over the phone and leaving the contract on site for me to sign. Things are definitely looking better than my first experience.
Rude & unprofessional! They never have staff members on site. The gates are always kept unlocked. They clearly don't take their business or customers seriously. Don't give these people your business.
