Excellent service! I was greatly pleased by how professional the young woman was. She gave me clear and detailed informations and was overall really helpful! Her colleague also helped me at time, I believe they make a wicked team together. I will be using Entrepôt Public again in the future because they are really helpful.

On the 30 September 2024 .. we had the pleasure again to be taken care by Mohamed. We moved our stuff from a bigger unit to a smaller unit. Mohamed is very efficient but at the same shows human qualities. The perfect match in a working position. We were very happy the way he was able to come up with the best solution for our need. Other customers look happy too when coming in or out. Onsite washroom clean. Lights in units good. Good for year round and seasonal storage and everything else. Highly recommend this central location for anyone in Gatineau.
Service was very good. I had an excellent price due to a special spring promotion, I rented for 3 months. These spaces are not heated so it is something to consider. I give 4 stars because some basic maintenance was never done. The florescent lights in the corridor outside my space never worked so for about 25% of the length it was a bit dark. The public washroom was always clean, but for some reason the door lock never worked and was never fixed. Instead a block of concrete was used to restrict the door once you were inside. This is just silly. Fix the lock!!
