I have used this location on/off for several years. It has always been clean and well kept, this truck was immaculate inside, something I haven't seen too much of in the last year, renting trucks elsewhere. Thanks!
Rented a truck just for half the day, on-site attendant (might have been the owner) was awesome to deal with. Very reasonable prices, very clean truck that even smelled good inside. The U-Haul place was clean, organized and super easy process. I would definitely recommend and visit this location again!!! Thank you so much for a seamless transaction and a friendly experience.

Iv been using Uhal for a bit now and all other employees was helpful and amazing.
But this young guy thinks he own Uhal
Sending in the lot by myself to see what is available, then when choosing one , he talked in rude way .
Then made me wait and said the trailer is booked .
When i told him i can see it the website and ill book it .
He went on the system and put it as unavailable.
I hope from management to investigate and dont let unrespectful person ruin a very nice reparation of Uhal
A lovely gal in the Abbotsford location (beside the Petro Pass) by the name of Jen at the front desk gave us exceptional customer service. U-Haul you are VERY fortunate to have such a fantastic service rep. Note - this is our second encounter with Jen in the last three months. The staff here were awesome! Super friendly, efficient, and made the whole process easy. I was in and out in no time with exactly what I needed. Definitely the best U-Haul experience I’ve had so far. Highly recommend this Abbotsford location!
