Really bad service only used for 2 weeks had to pay fir a month and to top it off still try after 2-3 weeks to try and get my deposit back wont take my phone calls random text with very little detail
AVOID this place both with the headache
This is the most awful and disgusting experience ever! The manager of the store called and messaged me multiple times to ask me to pay everything first before we go to the place to check it without disclosing any terms and conditions. Because I TRUSTED UHUAL SO I DECIDED TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BEFORE WE WENT TO SEE THE PLACE. When we arrived the storage at 9 am as the same on my reservation and the manager told us as the operation time. there is nobody and the gate is locked. So we had to call the manager and she told us that the operation time is 9:30 am - 5 pm which is different with 9 - 6 as we were informed before. And then, we waited extra 40 mins just in front of the gate but still no one came. We were no longer want to have business with this merchant cuz there is no record for the guy who came later than at least 9.40 to check our appointment. WE REQUEST A REFUND AND THE MANAGER REFUSED IT AND HUNG US UP WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION MULTIPLE TIMES AND INPOLITE. I don't want to book any storage service with you anymore since your system is not trustworthy.
This is by far the Worst storage unit ever. after months of problems and them never being open. The owner pushed me and yelled at me as I was loading up my stuff and continued to open my car door and throw in my property into my car even though I had paid for the month (police was called). Do not recommend. Rude and disgusting people. Also the mice will eat through all your couches.
If I could give it zero I would. This is the worst storage unit ever. Super sketchy, dirty, they do no maintenance and hardly any upkeep during winter. Mice ate through all my furniture. Impossible to contact and when you do the owner will hang up on you regarding important matters.
Posting customers names, license plates, credit card info and more online when you have a dispute with a customer is absolutely appaling. The owner is a disgusting excuse for a human being. Not just a 1 star review, but hopefully charges will be brought up as well.
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS
As I am writing this I have just given my "1 month notice" as required. So I have to pay for the unit for an extra month even though nothing is in it. He never said the notice had to be in writing or anything like that but just the vibes from this place make me feel like I need to call my credit card company and tell them to not allow any more charges from these people. When I booked this place through u-haul, they said it was going to be 135/m but when I got there the price magically jumped up to 200/m. I do not recommend this place.
One star is too much. This is the most unprofessional, shady, disrespectful company I’ve ever dealt with. Literally had to call the cops to ensure he wouldn’t cut my locks off!! (Everything was paid for - the language barrier gave us a misunderstanding and he called me all kinds of names in front of my daughter - it was disgusting) will never use again and will never ever recommend. Would rather pay an extra 50-100$/month for better service.
Oh well … there’s nothing new here. This is the worst storage place, the worst service (like they don’t even understand what Service is) very rude, unorganized, nonprofessional. Even you looking for to save some cash, it’s still not even worth it. Long story short, I have unit there, I was busy after came back from vacation unfortunately my credit card is expired. I try to get a hold of them. No one answer. I keep trying finally someone answer I told them my card expired then they said they will get back to me. Yet heard nothing back. So my boyfriend brought stuffs to the storage so he update the card at the same time. So I forgot about it. Then all the sudden one day they just call on a random time on random number that not even shown as their business number told me to give the credit card info to them. I’m not comfortable doing that plus I’m in the middle of grocery shopping. I called back the very next day to inform that my boyfriend already gave the card info, and we willing to go there after work (4:45pm) to give the info because I’m not comfortable to give out on the phone. The guy literally yelling at me, demanding me to go there right that this second Just because he will not be there at 4:45 pm. Even the hours of operation said they open till 6 pm. He sound very threatening and not give any choice. I clearly at work and can’t go there now. And he also start non sense about I didn’t call back many days ago, which I called back the next day, claim that I refuse to pay the rent fee. (I’ve tried to do this weeks ago) I’m really stunned because he is so rude. I told him that my boyfriend also gave the credit card info few weeks ago, but he keep saying that he don’t have it. And then he hang up on me! then start texting me asking me to pay the fee. So I texted my boyfriend so he can call them instead, turn out they already have the new credit card info all along, again unorganized, stupid attitude, unprofessional. It’s ridiculous. We’re moving out. They don’t deserve the business. Btw they just jack up the price $35 more with less than a month notice.
I needed a last minute rental to store items after selling my RV. I called and booked a unit an hour before closing and Mark was super accommodating. He said that if we couldn't get there with the load before 6 to obtain our unit to give him a call and he would come from home. He even came back near 9pm so we could drop the last load. I haven't had such great customer service in a long time and it was greatly appreciated!
