The negative reviews I would assume are from bitter customers, for something most likey unrelated to what these reviews are for. Everytime I go to my storage unit, the halls are clean, the bathrooms clean if I use it, and the staff are nothing but friendly and very helpful, they even gave me time to transfer into a larger unit without immediately charging me. I've had a unit for 3 years with very sentimental items and I'm not worried about them thanks to great upkeep and security at night-time.
Great place to use for short term storage. We used Minerva to store my daughter’s belongings over the summer. We picked up yesterday and everything was as we left it. Had no issues with drop off or pick up and the prices were more than reasonable. Will be using them again.
Clean facility owned by a kindly gentleman so you know you're not supporting a faceless conglomerate. The hours have been easy for me to access my stored valuables and they provide many large/oversized carts for ease of moving belongings in and out. Highly recommend!
I’ve been renting a unit at Minerva since 2014! Which is 9 years!!! I recently moved to the U.S, so today I had to move out-but I can’t recommend this facility and the staff enough! the rate maybe only changed twice in that time and I loved the access to the automatic lift and trolley carts while we moved our things in and out! Very affordable and safe storage, thanks for all the years!! 😂☺️

Great location, super secure and easy to get your stuff in and out, but the star of the show is definitely Terry at front office! Always super friendly, helpful, and great to have a quick chat with. This place is great value and has been just what we need.
