I used Newton Self Storage for almost 4 years. They have been incredibly good and worked with me during that time as I needed a bigger locker and now. They have been thoughtful and flexible in meeting my changing needs. Their pricing is very good! The only reason I’ve moved out of their premises is because I’m moving to a house in Langley. I would very definitely recommend this storage facility.
My daughter had a storage unit there, she got very sick and I didn't know she had this unit.. had I known I would have kept up with her monthly payments. Everything she had is gone, no phn calls or anything to let her know they will be cleaning out the unit. What bothers me most, is my son who passed away .. some sentimental things were in there that can't be replaced. I'd love to know where these people put the stuff that they freely get rid of.
My son Jason put the contents of his three bedroom house in a locker when he had an opportunity to become a commercial fisherman. Sadly after a few years he passed away suddenly. . I was heartbroken. The people at Newton Storage were endlessly patient with me. It was extremely difficult emotionally to go thru his things. I cannot say enough about how kind these people were to me. I highly recommend the facility. It's always been clean, well lit, safe and run by stellar human beings.
Reasonable storage price available here. We are very satisfied and had a very good experience with Bachitar ji & Laljit ji. Both are very friendly and understanding people. They always welcome us with positive vide . We highly recommend them.
The owners are awesome and guided me expertly to take care of my needs. With their competent prices and care for customers experience, this is a great value. 💯% recommend.
Storage facility is average but a bit of damage inside that's not been fixed and is kinda dirty. Yes I did rent there for over a year ,have you been to the storage ? There is piles of garbage at the back corners outside building ,people that have left plates,other household items inside ,even inside the elevator when i was moving my stuff out there was kitchen plates left sitting on the floor of the elevator, the doors of many of the units broken and not fixed for 12 months so yes I have been to and used facility but never again.
Called Ths storage unit on 18/11/2022, at 12:15 approx.. worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. He called himself bob, showed no interest, showed no interest to help, assist, give information. Never would recommend this, utterly disgusting hospitality to anyone, especially when you are paying. I wish I could give a negative star. Ruined my day.
Great storage facility. The staff are very friendly in the off chance you need something from them but everything is seemless and other than first signing up for the storage unit, I have not had to interact with anyone. Facility is always clean and carts are available to use. Definitely recommend. Best prices around from what I've seen.
Very friendly and professional service. The managers, Dona and Lal get to know their customers by name and always greet you with a smile. They were very helpful to me when I recently upgraded to a bigger unit as they took my number and let me know as soon as one came available. The site is clean and well maintained. Two big thumbs up!!
