If you're looking for friendly, efficient staff that will take the time to find what's right for you, this is the storage center you want to use. A big plus, is that all of the units have exterior access which makes loading and unloading them a lot faster than some of the larger centers where you have to wheel every item through multiple doors, and even floors. Whether you are moving yourself or hire a mover, it's a better option than most of the others.
Gotta LOVE this place. Esther and her staff have maintained this place for years and at a high level for quality of service. The security, service, and prices are worth checking in here. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!
I always use this place when I need storage. I like to be able to pull up to my locker and not have to drag my belongings up stairs or down a corridor. Easy access makes the process so much easier.
Excellent people here! Very secure facility and fair prices. They only charged us a prorated amount for a partial month and refund was immediate. Highly recommend this place.
I am beyond grateful for Kelowna Self storage! I am moving long distance and won't be present when my items are moved into the storage facility. Ester, the manager was so incredibly accommodating and kind. I was feeling pretty anxious not having the ability to see my move into their space through.

We moved from Ontario the week Canada shut down due to COVID. Kelowna self storage was very accommodating as we needed to make some last minute changes to our plan. We had a locker rented and our movers requested we change it to one that was more accessible. Kelowna self storage understood and moved our locker no problem at all. This was our first experience using a storage locker and they made it so easy. We highly recommend using them if you ever need a storage locker!

Went from 1 star to 4 as I went with using the "bygones" aspect!!
The truck I rented was clean! An easy in and out too. Much cleaner than the other location I use a lot! Truck worked nicely too...thanks!, and hope to rent from there again!

As of today, Dec11/19, this is still the absolute WORST storage facility in Kelowna and here is why...
1. Many years ago I brought in a lot of business for Kelowna Self Storage as I suggested their business a lot for storage rentals and Uhaul rentals too. They used to suggest my moving help business at times and without any reason why, they stopped the suggests and I got ZERO explanation when I tried to ask on it! Just ignored! My bus. cards were still in there though, behind all others, but not being handed out as I sent in a mover helper posing as a potential customer to ask who they knew that provides good move help and they did not suggest me and he noticed my cards were behind another mover's! Not good at all. So then yes I posted a negative review...wouldn't you too...?
2. Back in late June 2019 I was refused a rental from them as my go to location was all out of larger Uhauls as it was end of month time and they had one there at Kelowna Self Storage dispatch told me to suit my size need dispatch said. The awful manager lady said she will not rent to me...she turned down business and many Uhauls are there all time...hmmm I wonder WHY! We needed an extra truck as the customer had way too much stuff and we were heading to Calgary as they were moving to there.
A very AWFUL person she is! The worst of all! Come forward if you have had a bad experience too with her, please, so they get a new caring non lying manager there in place, FINALLY! The facility will only strive off losing her to another more businesslike, caring, non lying individual as she has told this Phillip guy lies apparently and he bad reviewed me today and I never even have done a job for that guy!

Excellent staff! They go above and beyond for their customers! :) On more than one occasion , the lovely front desk lady stayed after hours so that I could finish loading my unit. She did that for me because those were the only days / times that I could load my unit ,when I was in town , and when I wasn’t working that week
