This location is so convenient. The storage lockers are ground level so moving to and from your car is easy; they have a dolly that helps too. The area is secure and accessible until late in the evening which is great. Customer service was exceptional! Aida & Tyler are a great team. They make sure that everything goes well when you move in. I definitely recommend Langley Mini Storage!
Aida is such an amazing person! She was very helpful. I inquired regarding what storage sizing we need and she was able to provide answers to all of my questions. Customer service was superb. I woud rate 10 stars if I am able to do so. Staff was great! Definitely recommended.

Had to get a storage unit fast for my mom's belongings. Spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who waited for me even though I was a bit late for their closing time. I actually took a unit that was to small for my moms things so had to change into bigger unit. No problem doing that. Not sure if the two people running the show are a couple or not but they are both extremely nice to deal with. Prices are equivalent to other places. Storage unit is clean. They are not heated but are dry.
We've been using Langley Mini Storage for just over six months, and Aida at the front desk has been outstanding. Their customer service is excellent; they guided us to the perfect storage option without pressuring us to purchase upgrades. We've never encountered any problems accessing our unit with the passcodes. You can drive right up to your storage unit, making loading and unloading, which we do weekly due to our work, much easier. It does not matter you pick their smaller or largest size, you still get to drive and park right next to the unit. We recommend this places

rented here for a long time, always had to go in and out requesting help from Ida and mike often. Always very accomodating and knowledgable. Above all else they are great people, the facility is well managed and generally provides a high level of security.
Lots of storage space. Wide alleyways inside. You can park directly across your stall. Looks secure as you have to punch in your code going in and out.
