Excellent customer service from beginning to end! Emilee showed me around the yard and worked with me to find another option that ended up being a better fit for what we needed. She was very patient with communications within the various departments at my place of employment. Then when it came to delivery, Andrew exceeded all expectations! The clearance space between the two containers, where ours needed to be placed, was extremely limited. We discussed various options, including having the container returned to Secure Rite or temporarily placed in the parking lot while we arranged for the other containers to be moved, which would have been costly and time consuming. However, Andrew was determined to find a solution for us. He went above and beyond to ensure the container was placed exactly where we needed it and didn’t leave until it was positioned perfectly. We did a move to the coast, the entire process was fantastic. Our container had to be stored for a couple of weeks before we could arrange unloading on the other end and the drivers in Kelowna/Surrey were perfect at what they did, being gentle with loading/unloading. From the first phone call, all staff provided awesome customer service from start to finish.

2020 - We were extremely pleased with the teams and service in both Calgary and Kelowna. All deliveries and pickups went smoothly and access to the container during storage was easy. They run a great operation. 2025 - We worked with Secure-Rite again, this time using their Kelowna modification services to create us a custom container. The project was well managed, on-time and the end product is exactly what we wanted.

I definitely recommend Secure-Rite, from the Surrey (Vancouver) office when booking the bins then arranging drop off from Kelowna office was very easy & they went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied. Had same driver deliver (Jordan) & pick up of the 2 bins and was extremely friendly & efficient.

I must say, this is a company that just does it right! I called in to get some information about purchasing a shipping container and was greeted by the friendly voice of Tawnya who explained everything I needed to know and even invited me in to come check out what they had. I ended up calling back the next day and Tawnya wasn't in or available but the next friendly voice was Martina who gladly was willing to help in anyway she could. Sent a driver down to make sure we could get the container into our yard. The driver (didn't catch his name) was equally as helpful and twice as helpful getting the container into such a tight spot and trust me it was tight but he was determined to make it happen. I must also mention that when I went in to pay for the container, every single person in that office made sure to be a part of that conversation even though they weren't part of the transaction. We're very happy with our containers! Martina has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful. She sent me a detailed quote within 24 hours of my request. In less than a week the containers were delivered. The driver was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to put the containers exactly where we wanted them and even helped level them up.
