These guys were great! We found our selves in fast need Of a storage space and these guys were right there to help. And help they did! They even helped take the stuff up to the unit and load it in. Price was more than reasonable. They have great discounts for students. We will definitely bring them our business next summer!!

The staff is friendly courteous, the lockers are clean and while secured. The difficulty hears is extremely hot inside is the ventilation is horrendous, and a lot of times you're going to see people working in their storage units and in the walkways using the space as an office as opposed to a storage unit. And unfortunately the accessibility hours are very minimal. The prices are mid-range, as there is cheaper and there is more expensive. But what you're paying for is good service. However unfortunately they also accompanied that forces costs on you which other places do not force on you. They have a lot of surprise costs which will they will throw at you throughout the time that you are there which is what happened to me unfortunately.

In my experience, this company lacks even a basic grasp of what fair and respectful customer treatment looks like. Staff interactions were consistently dismissive, rude, and far from professional. If you value being treated with basic courtesy, this isn’t the place. Beyond that, there are legitimate concerns around their business dealings. The way contracts are managed and their apparent ties with shady moving companies suggest a larger pattern of questionable practices. Whether the head office is unaware or just choosing not to act is anyone’s guess, but either way, it’s a problem. If you’ve experienced similar treatment, I strongly encourage you to report it to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or other relevant authorities. As a paying customer, you have every right to be concerned about your property and how you’re treated. Companies like this don’t deserve your business. If you’re still shopping for a storage facility, I’d recommend checking out Nationwide Storage instead. They’re respectful, professional, and most importantly, welcoming to people from all backgrounds. The contrast is clear: Maple Leaf Storage does not reflect any meaningful cultural diversity. The staff are overwhelmingly white, and that lack of representation is felt in how non-Caucasian customers are treated. If you’re doing your homework, start with the negative reviews. Many of the glowing ones seem questionable and don’t align with what actual customers are saying.

My experience with Maple Leaf was nothing short of amazing. The staff were professional and competent, with knowledge of the site, ammenities and, deals they offer. As it was my first time renting a locker, Rhonda was kind and patient through the move in process and helped explain aspects of the contract I did not fully understand. The site itself is clean with ample room for parking. If you are interested in renting a self storage locker, Maple Leaf is the way to go.

Clint and Rhonda were extremely professional, both of whom went out of their way to make sure that the process of moving a client out was exceptional. We flew in from Toronto with the sole intention of clearing out a couple of lockers for a client and shipping the 6 skids of contents back to Ontario. They were extremely helpful in providing the necessary information to arrange the endeavour prior to us flying out, and once at Maple Leaf Storage, ensured that carts and pump trucks were available to aid in the process. The facility was clean and bright, all staff were friendly and patient. The transport company was a bit delayed, and Clint made sure all 6 skids were loaded and communicated with us that everything was handled without issue. The process went so well that we had a bit of extra time to enjoy a little bit of Vancouver's best seafood offerings. Clint and Rhonda actually made our job easier - not often one can say that. Would not hesitate to recommend doing business with them in the future.

If you want great customer service, professionalism, and efficiency Maple 🍁 leaf storage checks off all the boxes 📦 . All staff the members are very kind, polite and organized. The facility is clean, very well kept, has easy access for vehicles & provides all the things you need to transport your items to and from your storage lockers. It’s nice to be working with a storage company that actually cares! Bonus Fridays they have treats for the customers 😉

Have been storing with Maple Leaf Wall for almost 2 years, and rave reviews. The team is great - always so kind and helpful. The only downside of this location is the fact it's not open 24 hours, so you have to plan around open/ close, but that's represented in the monthly rental cost. Would 100% recommend to anyone in East Van.

The place is perfect for store your stuff. The staff is so helpful and nice. They understand the need of customers and if you want place for longer they guys are so helpful. Overall 10 out of 10.

Not only did I have god damn mice in my unit leaving my things covered in droppings, I organized moving some things out just to arrive to a sign saying the building was closed due to a power outage and the hours where not updated online. Massive waste of time and money, when I notified them about the former I was offered cleaning supplies as if that makes up for it or makes a difference… hugely frustrating and disappointing especially for a service that costs several hundred dollars a month.

This was my second experience renting storage space at Maple Leaf. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Remembered my name after 1 visit. Highly recommend - will definitely return next time I’m in need of storage space.

One of our customers needed storage for a few months but since she was out of town, we rented a storage unit from Maple Leaf Storage on her behave. Rhonda helped us setting up the unit and the account. The service provided was top notch. The process was extremely easy and convenient. The facility is clean and the staffs are friendly and a pleasure to work with. They also offered to keep the locker key for us which was very convenient in case our customer needs to access her unit. We’ve referred many customers to Maple Leaf storage over the years and know that each time our customer was very happy. This time we’re more closely involved with the process and we’re definitely very impressed!!

I have used Maple Leaf Storage at Wall Street for multiple stretches of time over the last decade living in Vancouver and I absolutely love them. The staff are all so friendly and kind and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and it’s located in a convenient part of the city where I can easily pick up what I need on my way into or out of the city.

Great people to deal with, I have stored stuff here for about five years and it has always gone great. The staff are really good natured and the access is easy. Just remember to bring a loonie to unlock the carts!

We had a storage locker with Maple Leaf Storage at Wall St. for over 15 years. I found it to be very safe and secure and had no worries about our stuff in our locker. The staff were always very accommodating and responsive. For example, once there was a flood, but everything was taken care of professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend them as a storage option!

This facility is always clean and well-organized.
