I've stored my valuables with Pacific Mini Storage since 2019. Cheryl has always been a most attentive and excellent manager there. The security is great, and the units and grounds are kept clean. She has always been available to give me friendly and helpful service and is super vigilant as to what goes on. The prices are fair, and the units are easily accessible for loading and unloading.
I feel my storage is very safe and secure under her care.
I'm very happy to store my stuff here. Easy access, very secure, lovely people and great price. Never seen evidence of rodents or water leaks. 💕 No worries. I'm pleased.💕
We have stored our 34' class A here for two years now with no problems. To date only one price increase to $108.00.
The husband and wife who run the storage are super nice and friendly.
Our spot isn't exactly level and others spots do have gravel or wood to level.

A great, secure facility run by the most lovely people! This cold storage is unassuming and well protected. The lockers are large, clean, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I have been renting multiple spaces from Pacific for years now. I cant say enough how well run it is. The manager is vigilant and kind. I'd recommend you rent here over anyplace in Santa Rosa or Petaluma.
Dishonest business. When police department was called they a knowledge that they were aware of their business practices, and that the were not professional.
