The staff there are great! We needed storage space after moving and a friend recommended Access Storage on . We started with a 5x10 block and changed to a 10x10 block within a few months. We were always helped by Natasha, who is very professional in her field and made our shift quick and easy.

This was my first time using Access Storage and my first impression so far has been a great one. The staff at 2 Kelvin were incredibly welcoming and the clean aroma was pleasant. I highly recommend Access Storage to anyone who needs storage and especially the location at 2 Kelvin Ave! The staff are very friendly, supportive and informative. Especially Natasha, she showed us where everything is in the building for anything we would need, along with being very friendly by letting us know if we had any questions we could contact her in the future anytime! The entire building was very clean, kept very well, and nice and warm.

Access Storage at the Danforth is an easy 10/10 recommendation! The facility was clean, signage made it easy to follow, and the staff service was amazing! To start, Natasha was a ray of sunshine! She walked us through the facility as we discussed terms and conditions, and she was extremely thorough and well-versed in everything. She also made it very easy to ask questions, and answered without any annoyance or judgment. As for the facility, everything was super clean and well maintained. The outside parking was easy to access and clean. Inside the facility was very clean as well - from the elevators to the walkways en route to our unit. This place was spotless! Literally I couldn't find any complaint with the cleanliness of the facility. And finally location-wise, this was an easy drive and we found it quickly on the map. It's in a quiet neighbourhood so we felt comfortable choosing this location to store our items. If you're looking for affordable storage, take advantage of any holiday deals you see at this location. You will definitely not regret your decision!

I’ve been a long term client and I’m really happy I choose this location. The process from the beginning was so easy. I came today after a while and was pleasantly greeted by Natasha, Heshie and Jen with their welcoming smile and enthusiasm. The location is always clean and has the convenience of 3 loading bays including one that has a truck level loading dock which is a plus for me. Access Storage got you covered even with moving and packing supplies which makes it way for a one stop shop. Highly recommend!
